OPPS: Nature of Light
written by
Gayle Kirwin
This guide to a workshop for primary teachers provides an introduction to the concepts of light. It is designed to provide teachers with an inquiry-based learning experience for the basic concepts of how light is created and observed. A particle model for light is used because the concepts are simpler than for a wave model. It is part of the Operation Primary Physical Science materials.
